Here at Lifting Gear Direct we supply mobile gantry / lifting gantry in safe working loads and sizes tailored to your individual requirements specifically designed to provide stable and safe lifting and movement, they can also be easily moved around your factory or dismantled for storage or transported to another site.

They can be supplied with our extensive range of manual chain blocks and trolleys or electric chain hoists (in either three phase or single phase 110v / 240v) with manual or powered driven trolleys.

Our standard ranges come in safe working loads up to 3000kg with heights up-to 4.5 metres and up-to 5 metres working spans but specials can be manufactured upon request.

The gantry but this time a higher SWL fitted with a single phase electric hoist and push trolley.

You could have the more popular 400v hoist, or have a powered driven trolley as well if required.

Please note the catinery wire and brackets fitted to the top beam to carry the mains cable

All lifting gantry / mobile gantry fitted as standard with nylon swivel castors (2 braked) but here with the option of parking jacks, ideal for extra security or for levelling on uneven ground.

The mobile gantry / lifting gantry is simply bolted together, 4 bolts at each end of the top beam quick and easy to setup and then dismantle

There we have a photo showing the isolator and ´Knock-out´ box fitted to the gantry upright, if you decide to have an electric hoist fitted.

If you prefer you can simply have plated feet which are drilled so that you can fix to the floor if required.

We also supply a range of aluminium mobile gantries, these light weight and portable units are used in many applications where space and therefore issues with ´self weight´ are important.

Being aluminium the mobile gantry is often the first choice in the water treatment industry, its anodised finish make it easy to wash down which is often essential in a clean environment requirement, its relatively low self weight is perfect for repair and maintenance in confined spaces such as plant / boiler rooms or for gravestone / memorial repairs and installations where the gantry has to be used out on site.
