RATCHET LASHINGS

We can supply a wide range of ratchet lashing systems with a variety of end fittings to suit your needs. All manufactured to B.S. 5759: 1987
When choosing a ratchet lashing it is usually selected for its minimum breaking strength firstly, then by the length of the ratchet lashing followed by the type of end fitting required.
The rated assembly of the lashings is 50% of the minimum break strength.
The ratchet lashing systems we can supply are modern, lightweight and easy to use,
The standard range includes a 500kg range, 1 tonne range and 5 tonne range, with different end fittings and varying lengths. (see table)

We can supply you with a wide range of end fittings as shown, and also extra protection for your ratchet lashings.
All our ratchet lashings have the following properties;
- a. Lower weight also means lower transport costs
- b. Superior level of cargo control through high pretensioning
- c. Less risk of damage to sensitive surfaces
- d. Inherently absorbent of shocks
- e. Corrosion free
- f. Easy inspection, if it looks fine, it is!
- g. Suppleness of polyester accommodates irregularities of the load
- h. Lighter weight also means easier working and less risk of injury.
