We can supply a range of aluminium hydraulic jacks from 6.5 to 100 tonne capacities.(AJH & AJS MODELS)
Can be supplied with a lifting claw for jacks from 20t, provided with an elongated base plate to increase stability. The maximum permissible working load of the lifting claws is 40% of the jacks capacity.
Jacks from 20t can also be fitted with a safety lock nut, providing absolute safety over a long period. In this case the jack can be used like a mechanical support and the hydraulic system can be released.
Aluminium hydraulic jacks are supplied ready to use, with oil, operating lever and carry handle and claw where applicable.
These aluminium jacks are extremely light weight yet have a high lifting capacity, and are simple to operate. Popular tools for workshops, metal fabrications, engineering, construction, ship building and all kinds of lifting applications.
SOME MAIN FEATURES INCLUDE:
- High tensile aluminium alloy, allowing high lifting capacities, resulting in 1.8 tonnes lifting capacity per 1kg weight ratio.

- The 6.5 & 10t jacks can be operated in any position (even upside down)
- Spring return piston and stop ring
- The 20 to 100 t can be operated vertically or front facing horizontally.
- All with overload protection valve
- Hardened alloy steel saddle
- Sensitive lowering valve activated by operating lever
- From 20t capacity with additional mechanical stroke limiter
