Plate Lifting Dogs

Manufactured to order and to suit your individual requirements, our fully tested and certified range of plate lifting dogs are available in round section, flat plate or as assemblies with spacer bars and chains. Supplied in pairs and painted finish.

Available in 4 standard loads of 2, 3, 5 and 6 tonne manufactured to your pack / plate thickness (up to 400mm), supplied with chains or drilled to suit your own supply chains, Grab hooks can be fitted to chains for different plate widths, Painted trafalgar blue as standard, marked with safe working load, test certificat supplied.

End dogs complete with chains & grab hooks, can be supplied with the abobve grabs for when you are lifting longer plate to stop the plate from bowing.

Round section dogs manufactured to customer requirements up to loads of 10 tonne. Painted & marked with SWL and J/No. Test certificate issued. Can be supplied with chains or customer can use own chains with hooks.

Flat Plate Dogs. Available up to 5 tonne safe working load. Manufactured to your pack / plate thickness. Supplied with rings, shackles or profiled eye to fit your chain hooks. Painted trafalgar blue. Marked with S/WO and safe working load.

We also manufacture lifting / spreader beams to work with our plate dogs. All supplied painted and marked with S/WO and safe working load.
