The Basic Range

Our basic range comes in three sizes with capacities of 800Kg, 1600Kg, and 3200Kg complete with 20 Meters of wire rope and operating handle as standard

The body is manufactured from high strength case aluminium with the benefit of low self weight. Wire rope is tapered on end and fitted with a hook and safety catch the other end. The hoist has low maintenance requirements and is easy to service, overload protection ensures high personal safety when in operation specially built-in shear pins can be replaced with out removing the load with spares supplied in handle.

This is the first of our premier range pullers, three capacities are within the range 800Kg, 1600Kg and the 3200Kg. It has a light weight aluminium alloy body with a large flat bottom for stability in the horizontal position. In line forward & reversing levers to transfer operating power along the centre line. Separate lever to release the rope clamps allowing smooth fitting and removal of wire rope.

A few points for the safe use of & general inspection of Wire Rope Pulling Machines

Always
  • Store the machine & wire rope correctly
  • Check the machine, rope & accessories before and after use
  • Check the suspension point are able to take the load being lifted
  • Use correct rope for machine
  • Use the operating handle supplied with the machine
  • Check that the rope has no knots or kinks
Never
  • Use damaged, broken or kinked ropes.
  • Use the wrong diameter wire rope
  • Use the machine for man-riding if not designed for this use
  • Extend the levers
  • Exceed the stated safe working load of machine.
