Packed with features and bolstered by a robust design, the ET 200N scaffold hoist is one of IMER’s most compelling products. It is also simple to set up and use, which is good news for those who are looking for a productive way to lift loads in a construction environment. Other scaffold hoists are available, including from IMER itself. but for many buyers this model in particular will represent the best balance between performance and price.
The IMER ET 200 N Scaffold hoist is classed as a higher capacity scaffold hoist, it is capable of lifting loads weighing up to 200kg and has a 30-metre height of lift.
The steel wire rope used on these hoists is excellent quality and 5 mm in diameter. It comes complete with a hook and safety catch for easy and safe load attachment.
The IMER ET 200 N scaffold hoist is perfect for building site lifting operations. The rigid framework incorporates a work positioning lever which enables you to adjust the rotation of the hoist and lock it firmly in position ready for a safer lifting operation. The work positioning lever prevents rotation whilst a load is lifted or lowered.
Easy to fit to scaffolding with its separate pole system which helps with load weight distribution for optimum stability. This has practical benefits, because of course if the load is stable then it can be moved with greater ease. Alternative scaffold hoists from TEA are similarly capable when it comes to stable operation.
With 1380 revolutions per minute the motor enables fully loaded lifting speeds of up to 19 metres per minute allowing you to lift your load quickly and safely.
The Plug is IP67 rated and the pendant control is IP65 rated so you can be sure of electrical safety. The pendant controller incorporates 3 push buttons for easy load control and the upper limit safety device protects from overloading.
The motor on the IMER ET 200 N is self braking and is fitted with a magnetic device. This pushes its stability and safety even further in the right direction. You need a scaffold hoist to perform consistently at all times, especially on a busy construction site. This is the kind of feature to look out for when buying lifting gear, since it will give you peace of mind and also boost productivity.
