Features of the Imer ETR200 N Scaffold Winch

One of the main features of this scaffold winch / hoist is its ability to extend an extra 400mm from its original position. The frame can extend from 720mm to 1120mm enabling the hoist to be used even further away from the structure, this is ideal when handling bulky loads as it helps to stop them colliding with the structure whilst in motion. The maximum 200 kg lifting capacity remains the same across the full extension range.

This builder’s hoist incorporates a work positioning lever which allows you to fix the hoist in a specific position rather than travelling around on its frames pivot points. Upper limiters prevent over winding/lifting and therefore helps to protect the hoist, rope and load. The motor is self-braking and has a magnetic device. There is also a trolley available if needed for use with a gantry. The direct pendant control makes operation simple and possesses 3 buttons and a 1.5 metre cable. This is IP65 rated, the plug is IP67 rated.

Loads of up to 200 kg can be lifted and lowered with this scaffold hoist at speeds up to 19 metres per minute. Certain loads can be lifted even easier with one of our scaffold hoist accessories; for example, mixed mortar can be transported and used straight from a special tipping bucket.
