Length differences aside, these lanyards share the same 11mm diameter polyamide construction, with the plain ends consisting of a sturdy thimble that should resist abrasions during use.
The stitching which is used to keep the thimbles in place is protected by a transparent sleeve, which has the added benefit of meaning that the sewn elements can be inspected quickly to pick up on signs of wear and tear.
