If you would like us to stop these communications then please advise us in writing/e-mail/fax. The data we collect from you is stored in both paper files and also digital files on our computers. These files are kept in secure and private offices and a secure internal server with access limited to authorised personnel. Our server/file system is internal only and is not accessible over the internet. It is username and password protected. We do not share your data unless we are legally obliged to do so or unless we have your specific consent. We do not sell, lease or in any way give out your personal information to third parties.

We store your data for as long as necessary to complete the transaction or as long as we are required by law to keep it. General information arising from enquiries would be deleted after 12 months. Information included on invoices, statements and other financial forms would be kept for 5 years. Information kept on test/inspection certificates is retained and archived. Any data no longer required is destroyed in a secure and safe manner.
