About IBC Containers

IBC containers are typically caged plastic type containers for transporting large amounts of liquids, or granular materials. Commonly used around construction sites as well as for agriculture and industrial settings for holding water, grain or similar. IBC containers are typically caged for protection and handling and usually sit on a stand so the contents can be emptied.

Benefits of the Tilted Stand for IBC Containers

These containers have a tap for emptying, but they need to be raised off the ground due to the tap being at the bottom for obvious reasons. Raised off the ground, suitable smaller containers can be easily filled. Getting the last dregs or remnants out can be more problematic, this is where our tilted stands come in handy.

With just a 10 degree angle, built into the framework the tilt enables liquids to be naturally directed towards the tap for complete emptying (providing the tap and container are placed the right way). A full container will still remain stable on the stand.

The size of the stand means that containers up to 1 metre by 1.2 metres will fit nicely. The permanent tilt will simplify the dispensing process and reduce waste by being able to completely drain the container.
