Why choose an underbraced jib crane

Any jib crane can make it easier to handle heavy loads, but an underbraced jib does this more effectively in places where the amount of headroom on offer leaves a lot to be desired.

An overbraced crane does not leave the beam blocked, which is worth bearing in mind. But this underbraced model is only marginally compromised by the brace, with its 3.5 metre arm giving you additional reach which should make up for any deficiencies.
