Contact Attachments was originally based in Kent in 1974 designing and manufacturing all types of different products for attaching to the forks of a fork lift truck within the materials handling market. Contact is one of just a handful of UK manufacturers of these products. A few years after they first started they had to re-locate due to the high demand for their products in a factory that was too small to keep up. They are now based in Mid-Wales in a larger factory which enables them to meet any customer needs, fabricating scoops, extensions, lifting jibs and more, all to fit onto a fork lift truck. Contact provides forklift attachments to help customers’ complete tasks they would not otherwise be able to complete. Here at Lifting Gear Direct we can supply them all from wide load supports, tipping skips, drum handling equipment, jib arms, hook attachments, safety platforms and much more.
