Adjustable Fork Pallet Stacker with Platform - PJ Series Details

There are three different models to choose from in the PJ series of pallet stackers, however there are really only 3 differences; the net weight, the pump strokes needed and most importantly the maximum fork height. The height the forks can go to will obviously determine how high you can lift your loaded pallet. 850, 1200 and 1500mm are the three height options with 35, 50 and 63 pump strokes required to the maximum height.

These stackers benefit from a removable table top style platform which enables the lifting of other non palleted loads, therefore these trucks are quite versatile.

How It Works

The foot pump is the mechanism which will raise the forks. For example the smallest model – PJ4085A will need 35 presses/pumps with your foot on the lever to raise the forks up to the maximum. When you need to load to stay secure in your chosen spot simply turn a switch to lock in place. To lower the forks and load there is a release valve which will lower the hydraulic pressure, thus lower the forks in a controllable manner.
