About the Hydraulic Hand Pump Tecpos ESP Range

There are 4 models in the Tecpos ESP Hydraulic Hand Pump range with differing reservoir sizes; Model ESP08 has an 800cc capacity

Model ESP17 has an 1700cc capacity

Model ESP25 has an 2500cc capacity

Model ESP50 has an 5000cc capacity

All models have a piston stroke 0f 26mm with maximum hand effort required varying between 35 and 38.5kg depending on the model.

Two Stage Hydraulic Pump

These pumps have two operating stages – low pressure and high pressure with each delivering a different quantity of hydraulic fluid per stroke. The second stage (high pressure) kicks in when the low pressure stage reaches 3000psi and increases to the maximum 10000psi.

Other Information

There is a two way valve on these pumps for easy operation of a single acting hydraulic cylinder. Turning the valve clock wise closes the valve so oil is pumped into the cylinder to extend/raise it. Turn anti-clockwise to return the cylinder by opening the valve to put the oil back in the pump reservoir.
