This 6mm diameter winch rope is available in lengths up to 30 metres as standard with a choice of fittings. Custom assemblies available on request.
This winch rope has a construction configuration known as 7x19. Simply put the rope consists of 7 main strands; each strand contains 19 wires. Wires are twisted into strands then strands are twisted into the final rope. With this particular rope the 7th strand makes up the centre core so it has good crush resistant properties.
This construction provides the strength and flexibility required for a winch cable and has a minimum breaking force factor of K= 0.362. More in the specifications above.
The 6mm variation is our smallest winch cable and can be used with many of our winches, both manual and electric types.
Supplied in lengths from 10 metres up to 30 metres with a fuse and taper end to fit to your winch and a choice fittings for the load anchoring end. A thimble eye is the basic standard, to this we can fit a loading hook complete with a safety catch for a permanent fitting or we can supply a suitable shackle instead for a semi permanent fitting.
